🕒 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, flowers)

  • Personal care items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

🔁 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [zionnation@outlook.com].

🚚 Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
